Batfish V Studio Vallicelli, Comar Yachts and Studio Vallicelli have designed and constructed a performance cruiser/racer. It is well built and Italian-designed. Brokers say that this is a rare design on the UK market and it’s ideally suited to family cruising, club/offshore racing or for cruising with friends. The yacht has only had three owners since its launch in 2007, the first of whom was the UK importer. It is very well equipped and has undergone many recent upgrades and maintenance.
The interior is spacious and comfortable, with three double cabins, two heads and a large saloon. She’s ideal for family sailing, shorthanded cruising/racing, or cruising/racing.
Batfish V Currently, it is among the top-selling boats. In 2018, she received a new Volvo Penta D2-40 Diesel engine (which has logged less than 300 hours). The sail drive gearbox, leg and sail drive diaphragm will all be replaced in 2022. Batfish V also has a Raymarine touchscreen chart plotter from 2018, Ullman Sails mainsail and matching roller furling genoa, both from 2019, and her rig was removed and fully inspected in in the same year.
