Black Kite’s roguelike, deckbuilder game with a twist of wasteland, Acolyte the Altar, will hit PCs via Steam on the 25th March. The game will be released next week. Game Informer We can reveal the Acolyte of the Altar Launch Trailer, featuring plenty of deckbuilder and Shadow of the Colossus inspired action.
Description of the game: “Journey across desolate wasteland and hunt down colossal creatures to grow stronger and service your chosen Patron god,” reads the description.

The Steam page for the game warns, “Beware.” Beasts become stronger in battle and can consume your creatures, or even counter your spells. You can carve profane gifts from these behemoths to grow stronger for your Patron. But to what purpose?”
Acolyte Of The Altar will be available on PC via Steam in 2024. Steam has a demo available for those interested.
