Sea Salt Caramels

This product makes approximately 64 pieces (1 inch).
Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil for Brushing
- Two cups of heavy whipping Cream
- 4 tablespoons butter unsalted, cubed into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon sea Salt
- Honey, 4 tablespoons
- 1 cup of granulated Sugar
- Four tablespoons of water
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Garnish : Sea Salt
Instructions
- Line a square 8-inch baking pan with parchment, leaving the excess hanging off on all four sides. Brush the parchment paper with a little oil.
- Melt cream, butter and salt together in a medium pan over low heat. Once the butter has melted remove pan and set aside.
