Calendly lets you create a calendar with your meeting availability. People can then click on that calendar to book a time with you. You can allow people to book meetings using any email address they choose. The video below shows how to use Calendly to create an online booking system.

Calendly requires that people who book time with you use an email. Calendly works best with people who are at least in high school. Calendly is often used in schools to organize parent-teacher meetings.
