Visakhapatnam: On Saturday, the Department of School education inaugurated an Artificial Intelligence Skills Lab that will provide modern technical training to students in classes 8 and 9, at Chipurupalli Zilla Parishad Boys’ High School. This initiative is aimed at providing modern technical education, and promoting the effective use “BYJU’S tabs”, provided by the Government. B. Srinivasa Rao is the director of the State Scheme for Comprehensive Education (SPD). He introduced students to the various applications of Artificial Intelligence, and stressed the importance for learning. Teachers set up interactive panels to encourage students to interact and learn about the technology. The event was attended by local public representatives, teachers, and parents-teachers.
