Breakfast Bowl Easter Eggs
The perfect breakfast for your day, Nourishing Amy’s Breakfast Bowl Easter Eggs are the perfect combination between indulgence and nutrition!
Ingredients

50g dark chocolate

200g vegan yoghurt

50g vegan vanilla protein powder

Plant-based milk 2-4 tablespoons

Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp

Serve granola with fruit

To serve

Melt the chocolate, and then place a small quantity into four regular-sized Easter egg moulds. Spread the mixture evenly in the mould using a spoon or food paintbrush. Set in the freezer for 10 mins.

Repeat the process of coating the shells two to three times.

Combine the milk, protein powder, and yoghurt until well blended.

To fill the eggs, carefully remove the shells.
