The animal kingdom is not the most humorous. No.
Sure, we have knock-knock jokes and Netflix specials, but it’s our feathered and furry friends that really bring in the laughs. This is best displayed at the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards. Since nearly a decade, the annual competition has celebrated animals’ goofy antics. And to celebrate a new partnership with Nikon for the 2024 edition, they’ve shared 10 never-before-seen images from last year’s entries.
In 2015, professional photographers Tom Sullam and Paul Joynson Hicks MBE founded the competition to bring awareness to conservation efforts and share the humorous joy of wildlife. The Nikon Comedy Wildlife Photo Awards 2024 are accepting entries until July 31, 2019.
