Catskill Cuisine will take place at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association.
The immersive culinary experience-filled weekend will bring forth an extravaganza of different events taking place from May 10 – 12, 2024.
Catskill Cuisine’s inaugural event last year was met with great success and this year’s event will be even more outstanding, spanning the whole weekend. “Bethel Woods was honored to host Catskill Cuisine last year,” said Eric Frances, CEO of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and Chair of the SCVA. “We are so pleased to see the event grow into the multi-day festival we always dreamed it could be.”

There will be a Food Festival and a Wine Festival. Catskill Cuisine Celebrity & Chef Invitational On Friday, 10 May, Resorts World Catskills will host a golf tournament. So, get your clubs ready. Celebrity chefs will be on hand to help you play 18 holes at the historic Monster Golf Course in support of A Single Bite – a Sullivan Catskills nonprofit organization that aims to educate and feed hungry neighbors using real, healthy food. Take part in a special 19th Hole post after the 18th.
