Sweet 16 Success – Last Resort Truck Show Reaches Milestone

16 YEARS AND STILL STRONG

A sweet 16th is a special occasion for anybody, as it’s usually filled with excitement, enjoyment and endless entertainment. Last Resort, Louisiana’s largest truck show, just celebrated its 16th anniversary, and it was by far its best event to date. Stuart Daigle’s hard-working crew and well over 500 entries have set the standard in custom truck shows throughout the nation. Located at the Oil & Gas Park in Jennings, Louisiana, Last Resort is a connecting point for the Southern truck scene as it is conveniently situated between Houston and New Orleans, so it usually receives a diverse turnout each year.

Air Lift, Verret Motorsports Jeff Davis Parish Tourism Commission Explicit Concepts Twisted Addictions were the sponsors of 2023. As for awards, the Top 75 as well as 17 Best Of were announced, giving everyone the chance to receive a unique custom skate deck, or another fantastic prize. DJ Get Low and Toasta were on hand during the entire show keeping the crowd pumped up, and the afterparty didn’t disappoint. KIK Clothing set up a booth with plenty of merchandise that spectators could wear. Eggrollin Hut was in a prime location at the show, with its new rig. They also had plenty of food for everyone to enjoy all weekend.

Stuart would like to thank Collette, his wife and their entire staff for a successful milestone show. They worked hard for the entire four-day event to make it a fun and enjoyable experience for all. For next year’s show date and other  information, logon to LastResortShow.com.
