Most people know just two categories of food — vegetarian and non-vegetarian and now the vegan variety. Chef Fatehpuria took it to another level by introducing sattvic cooking. He, along with his co-founder Arvind, set out to rediscover and repackage Bhagavad Gta’s wisdom on food and set up an exclusive restaurant that serves sattvic food blending tradition with modern flavours.

My family owned a food business in Nagpur. I grew in an environment that was dominated by food. My love of food led me to start cooking. After I began cooking, I went to my family restaurant and cooked food. All of this was happening when I was growing up.
