On Wednesday night, after a warrant of arrest for open murder had been issued for the former congress candidate and retired WWE wrestler earlier in the day, he turned himself in to Las Vegas Police.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Dan Rodimer was identified as the suspect of an alleged altercation which turned deadly in a Las Vegas hotel room in October.
The Department of Health and Human Services reported that medical personnel responded on Oct. 29, to a request for assistance from a room at a resort in the 3000-block of South Las Vegas Boulevard.
The police reported that the man who was inside the room, Christopher Tapp, 47, had been taken to the hospital because of “injuries sustained as a result a supposed accident.”

Tapp was found dead at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas on Friday, November 5. On Tuesday, Nov. 22, after learning that Tapp had been involved with an altercation, police began to investigate his death.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office ruled his death homicide, due to blunt force trauma on the head.
