Bruce Kessler died on April 4, a lifelong adventurer and a professional auto racer. He was also a Hollywood veteran director, one of the first Americans ever to circumnavigate a yacht as its captain. He was 88.Th Birthday is March 23. Bruce was born in Seattle and lived in California for most of his life. He died in Marina del Rey where he had spent his entire adulthood. Bruce was most at home on his boat whether it was in port or at sea. As the captain of a cruising boat, he covered over 100,000 nautical mile in his lifetime.
