We all know, deep down, that our health depends on the ability to live in harmony and with the natural rhythms of the Sun, Moon, Earth, and seasons. Modern homes and work places are artificial and allow us to disregard our natural body clocks and diurnal cycles. Lighting, heating, computers, and phones are valuable in our lives.
