It is at times that I struggle when my daughter displays difficult behaviour. Since I’ve been practicing yoga for most of my adulthood, it has helped me to cope. It can vary depending on what my daughter needs. Even if I don’t have time for a full practice I have found incorporating ‘micro-practices Can help reduce anxiety and stress. The saying ‘You can’t pour from an empty cup’ is real- It’s important for us to look after ourselves so we can continue to care for those we love.
