Two suspects have escaped after separate New York City metro attacks. One man was slashed with a sharp instrument in the face and another woman was shoved against the side of the subway car.
A 33-year old victim told police that he saw another person acting erratically on the D train southbound in Manhattan, according to an article from WABC.
The victim claimed that the unruly individual approached him without provocation and “slashed him” on the chin using an unknown sharp object.

The suspect fled the scene when the train stopped near 53rd Street Seventh Avenue.
The victim was transported by ambulance to Bellevue Hospital, where she was reported in stable condition. A spokesperson for the NYPD told Fox News Digital there are no arrests, and that the investigation continues. “The individual is described as a male, approximately 20 to 25 years of age, dark complexion, 5’7″ and last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.”
According to a report, in another incident, a 42 year-old woman was sent to Cornell Hospital on Sunday after being shoved against the side a standing Manhattan subway car.
