Andy Mill was raised in Colorado’s wilds, where he enjoyed skiing and fly-fishing during the winter and hunting in the summer. In the 1970s, he became America’s best downhill skier. He was the top American downhill skier in the 1970s. In ’81, he retired from competitive ski racing after a serious accident that resulted in multiple injuries and a broken collarbone. After 20 years in television, his passion was the outdoors and specifically fly fishing for tarpon. He is the winner of more invitational fly fishing tarpon tournaments, including five Gold Cups. He has fished alongside some of the most renowned guides, politicians and celebrities. The love he has for fishing is what led him to start the Millhouse Podcast along with his son Nicky.
