A Mississippi Democrat politician claims that there was voter fraud during a recent Democratic Primary, and that the alleged corruption of elections was orchestrated by a Democratic County Chairperson.
David Archie, the District 2 Supervisor of Hinds County, is contesting recent election results with Anthony Smith. Archie says that voter fraud occurred in the Democratic Primary election on August 8, 2008.
He accuses his fellow Democrats of “high-tech election fraud with corruption as a side effect.”
WAPT reported: “He lost to Anthony Smith who, according results from Hinds County Election officials, won by 63%.”
Archie, who lost the election, said that he had requested a review of the ballot boxes. He claimed the Hinds County Democratic Party provided him only with paper ballots and did not provide him with any secondary confirmation measures such as a signature book for voters, digital images or thumb drives of the voting machines.
