Allow Licensed Stall Owners and Parking Lots to Continue in MGBS, HC or RTC

Hyderabad: Justice S. Nanda, of the Telangana High Court, directed the TSRTC that they consider the continuation of licences until digitalising is complete in favor of stall owners of the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Stand. This is because it is from these stalls where the petitioners earn the majority of their income. Their right to occupation is therefore protected. G. Mahender filed a writ of complaint against the judge. He and two others were granted licenses to run two-wheeler and 4-wheeler parking at different places within MGBS over a period four years. The corporation cancelled the licenses under the pretense that it wanted to install a modern, digitalised parking systems in the area where the petitioners were operating.
