Online live or pre-recorded yoga classes can be extremely beneficial and convenient. They allow you to easily integrate a yoga practice in your daily routine. Of course on-line yoga can’t precisely replicate the immediate feedback and posture corrections an in person teacher can provide but there are steps we can take to ensure we are practising with caution and care.
You should always consult with your doctor before you take your first class. This is especially true if you’ve recently been injured, suffer from a medical problem, or suspect you might be pregnant.
