What can we do if there is an imbalance in the meridian of the gallbladder?
The gallbladder meridian is coupled with the liver meridian and as such is influenced in a similar way (see the article on ‘How to bring balance to your liver meridian through yoga’).
Gallbladder meridian excess manifests as an emotional tendency to make rash, bitter remarks. It also manifests physically as headaches and eye and vision problems. Gallbladder meridians that are empty show emotional signs of inability to make decisions and physically as leg weakness, dizziness and numbness.
