Aapo Huhta has created a new series of black and white photographs that are so densely dark, they dissolve the horizon. In this nocturnal void, human figures seem to be shrouded by milky mists or hidden behind a veil emitted from cosmic radiation. The figures appear both to be painfully corporeal yet infinitely far away, like visual echoes of another dimension. They do not give us any information about the space in which they exist, as their existence does no adhere to the laws of physics.
