Big by name and big by nature, Azimut’s Grande 26M looks and feels more substantial than its overall length of 85 feet, 7 inches. A raised pilothouse design imparts the suggestion of a superyacht profile, while the main-deck master stateroom’s side windows and full-beam head heighten the illusion of being on board a yacht closer to 100 feet long (30 meters).

The yacht’s clever party piece is the cockpit deck extension, formed from the transom flap with the help of some folding guardrails.

Azimut

Superyacht designer Achille Salvagni styled the Grande 26M’s interior with a mix of tactile surfaces, organic shapes and contrasting tones. The interior is a mix of flat and curved surfaces, with the odd ovoid shaped hole in a wall adding levity. It’s not a typical scheme and adds an appealing level of uniqueness to a production yacht. The view from the sole to deckhead windows is the star of the show.
