The award-winning ‘SWISS Taste of Switzerland’ inflight culinary program features culinary experiences from the Canton of Geneva, created and inspired by award-winning international Chef Olivier Jean.
Starting September 6, 2023, the menus for long-haul flights leaving Switzerland will be a treat for SWISS First, SWISS Economy, and SWISS Premium Economy passengers. Only last year, the International Travel Catering Association The SWISS Taste Of Switzerland concept was awarded its Mercury Award.
Chef Olivier Jean has French roots and was attracted to Geneva by his experiences as a chef, having worked in Taiwan, Europe, Japan and China. His creations at L’Atelier Robuchon, an open kitchen restaurant, has already earned Michelin star and 15 Gault Millau stars. His cuisine, diverse and refined is reflected in his special creations for the SWISS First, SWISS business, and SWISS premium economy menus.
