When Marv first arrived at the shelter, there wasn’t much information about him. It is still not known much about his genetic disorder. He was rescued from a Purposeful rescue organization and has found his forever family with Amanda and Bre.
Marv’s unique appearance makes it look like he’s smiling, brightening up everyone’s day.
Marv has some physical challenges – he can’t walk or get up on his own, and his tongue doesn’t leave his mouth. His teeth are also overcrowded, making it hard for him to eat. His family helps Marv to eat by placing him on a bed, and feeding him with a teaspoon, just like a child. Bre and Amanda are very fortunate that their family has always supported their adventures with dogs.
Marv has a lot of life despite his limitations. He wants to accompany his family wherever they go. He has become accustomed to his environment and found his own unique way to interact with other dogs. Marv has a unique way of communicating, for example by nibbling gently on the fingertips.
