Zac “Yeti”, a former University of Virginia lineman, is hard to miss. He stands 6 feet, 5 inches tall. He has a beard and bright eyes, as well as an electric smile. Zac is always smiling whether he’s at a fishing tournament or in the TSA queue at the airport. Zac has battled male breast cancer for four years. He’s openly talked about his experience, but hasn’t let that stop him from fishing. Zac spends his time between chemo sessions fishing for billfish, wahoo or hopping on a plane, heading to the next adventure. Zac believes there are no bad days. It’s an inspiring mantra — one we should all work toward.
