Even within the Christian community, dating has changed dramatically in the past few decades. In the past, dating was a more deliberate process. Young adults took a deliberate approach to creating healthy relationships and seeking God’s will for marriage.

Everything is accelerated in today’s world, and the culture of instant gratification drives this. Dating is no longer a way to create a lasting connection, but a fun activity.
