Brooke Giannetti and Steve Giannetti are married designers who have worked together on home projects for over 30 years. During a project by the latter in rural Tennessee, the married designer-and-architect duo fell hard for the area’s natural beauty, close-knit community and friendly pace.

The couple will move to Leipers Fork in late 2022 from their Patina Farm, which is located in Ojai. This plot of land is 100 acres and 30 miles outside Nashville. Christened Patina Meadow, their new property boasts a log cabin, gardens, greenhouses and barns while granting greater possibilities than their previous location could—including the ability to host pottery and gardening classes.

“Our hope is that everyone who visits will leave feeling a deeper connection to the natural world,” Brooke shares. They also opened an outpost of the complementary brand, Patina Home & GardenA shop that offers both a retail experience and a meaningful opportunity for community interaction,. In store is a tactile selection of Cécile Preziosa ceramics, AquaVireo linens, Swedish antiques, handmade baskets and more alongside fresh flowers, organic produce and young plant seedlings from their farm.
