Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • Lemon zest 2 teaspoons
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup granulated granular sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
