Harley-Davidson’s 120th anniversary was celebrated in 2023 by a limited-edition CVO Road Glide Limited. The 2023 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide Anniversary Edition features the usual CVO upgrades as well as commemorative paint and Alcantara seating with gold and black stitching.
Powering this one-of-a-kind bike is The Motor Company’s Milwaukee-Eight 117. The 2023 Harley-Davidson Breakout was powered by the same motor, and we were impressed with the torque.

The 2023 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide limited anniversary edition produced 90.1 horsepower at 4,660 revs and 111.2 lb.-ft. at 3,290 revs on our Dynojet 25i dynamometer. Breakout 117 is less powerful and has less torque. It also weighs 963 pounds. Cycle World CVO Road Glide Limited – Compared to Breakout, the CVO Road Glide Limited weighs 281 pounds more. This makes it slower at the first stoplight.

And for those wanting a little more punch off the line: Harley’s 2024 CVO Road Glide Limited comes fitted with the larger VVT Milwaukee-Eight 121 V-twin engine.
